Workspace create fails with message Request Entity Too Large

When you create a workspace from an existing terraform.tfstate file, it fails with error code 413 and a message Required Entiry Too Large.    

Your workspace create did not reach the Schematics, due to the size limitation of the terraform.tfstate file.

The terraform.tfstate file size must be less than 2 MB. When you create workspace from an existing Terraform state file, the terraform.tfstate file size must be less than 2 MB. Greater than 2 MB state file size is not supported in the Schematics. Rerun the workspace create operation with a size that is less than 2 MB state file.
